We’ve been working with iCan for nearly ten years. At first our needs were basic: manage devices, help choose appropriate computers for our team, recommend and manage a mesh Wi-Fi system, and set up a server linked with Dropbox. The partnership was always productive and helpful, and we could always rely on iCan to support longer-term initiatives as well as the emergency-level problems that can crop up without warning.

Four years ago we moved into a newly renovated facility and needed to build out a networking and IT infrastructure that could not only accommodate our new home but also serve as a platform for future growth. Rather than rely on the architect or general contractor to design a generic system that may or may not have met our needs, we involved iCan from the very beginning to ensure that our system was robust and reliable. This included our router, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and more.

More recently we’ve been migrating to a new device management platform, weathered a company merger, upgraded our server, and upgraded our Wi-Fi access points.
